"Horrible experience. I confirmed TWICE - once with free hotel search who personally called the hotel for me - and once by calling the hotel myself - to make sure that our king "suite" would indeed have a full size pull-out couch on which my two children would sleep. Unfortunately, the first room we were given had no pull out couch. Just a couch. Initially we were told they had no other rooms. No cot, nothing. After the front desk clerk - who was friendly - contacted the manager she put us in another king "suite" with a supposed full pull-out couch. This room had a loveseat and a single pull-out couch. My daughter and my husband and I got no sleep the whole night b/c my daughter kicked us all night long in the king bed. After asking for some sort of compensation for all the inconvenience, I was given a lousy $10 discount. The manager did not call me as promised. The hotel was also dirty - the pool was full of leaves. It was somewhat run down and some non-smoking rooms smelled strongly of smoke. One other guest complained of the smell while I was in the lobby and stated to me that they had to go out and buy air freshener. Our first room was quite smelly and the door didn't open properly. Overall, I was extremely disappointed in the whole experience.
